The Children's Museum is a place of excitement and joy for many families. For your family’s safety and enjoyment, we ask all visitors to respect the Museum and other visitors to the Museum. The guidelines and rules listed below are a reminder to help make everyone’s experience at NETXCM the most pleasant, fun, and safe as possible!

General Museum Guidelines and Safety Rules:
- All children be accompanied by an adult at all times, including in the Great Outdoor Discovery Area.
- No adults enter without a child; no child enters without an adult.
- Visitors may leave and return on the same day of purchase after getting a stamp from the front desk.
- For your safety, shoes must be kept on at all times.
- Food and beverages are allowed only in the Dino Diner or the Great Outdoor Discovery Area.
- Remind children to walk.
- Please be courteous to the visitors around you.

Exhibit Guidelines and Rules:
- Parents are encouraged to play in the exhibits with their children.
- Main Street cars and other items should stay on Main Street.
- Only put items in green box into Amazing Airways tubes.
- Return all items to their proper place after playing with them.
- Hang all costumes up after playing dress up.
- Be gentle with our Museum so all kids will have the opportunity to play here too.
- No pets allowed, with the exception of service animals.
