The Northeast Texas Children’s Museum provides opportunities for a playful and creative learning experience. The Museum’s hands-on exhibits and programs are ideal for children ages 2 to 10, but children of all ages are welcome.

The Museum is open to the public during field trips
and Saturday birthday parties.
Field trips range from 20 to 120 students who are rotated throughout the Museum
and are given short “shows” in between playing in the exhibits.
We ask that visitors be respectful of the presenters while they do the shows.

The MEGA Lung is an educational, mobile experience using our 8-foot inflatable, walk-through lung exhibit. Children and adults can learn about the structure of the lung and its functions as well as lung health problems, including:
- Lung cancer
- Pulmonary embolism
The Northeast Texas Children’s Museum has an educational outreach program for fourth grade students using the MEGA Lung as “Lonnie the Lung”. Find out more information about our Lonnie the Lung program.
