Northeast Texas Children’s Museum provides opportunities for a playful and creative learning experience. The Museum’s hands-on exhibits and planned activities are related to TEKS requirements, and serve to enhance and supplement classroom curriculum.

Teachers are encouraged to review the list of associated Texas Essential Knowledge Skills (TEKs) and to use the Museum going experience as an extension of classroom learning opportunities.

Our Mission

The mission of the Northeast Texas Children’s Museum is to inspire imagination, enhance creativity and build confidence in children.
