The MEGA Lung is an educational, mobile experience using our 8-foot inflatable, walk-through lung exhibit. Children and adults can learn about the structure of the lung and its functions as well as lung health problems, including asthma, bronchitis, emphysema, lung cancer, pneumonia, and pulmonary embolism.

The MEGA Lung is not a permanent exhibit in the Museum. Keep an eye on our Calendar for dates it will be available to view at the Museum.

The Northeast Texas Children’s Museum has an educational outreach program for fourth grade students using the MEGA Lung as “Lonnie the Lung”. Find out more information about our Lonnie the Lung program. You can also for rent for festivals, health fairs, anti-smoking events, and hospital promotions.
